Wyndeham Visual Communications Acquires Professional Imaging Ltd

Following the management buy-out of Wyndeham Visual Communications in November 2007, the Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of Professional Imaging Ltd (PIL) for an undisclosed sum. This is the first acquisition for the Visual Communications group in line with its growth strategy.

PIL, a specialist large format and digital print company will be fully integrated with Colourlink, the Group’s existing retail and POS specialist to offer clients an enhanced set of solutions across the digital print spectrum.

Formed in 1998 by Managing Director Dave Pimlott, PIL provides wide format graphics including interior and exterior signage, building wraps, vehicle graphics and custom built exhibition stands. Colourlink focuses mainly on the production of interior graphics for retail, offices, bars and restaurants with a portfolio of clients including Harrods and Debenhams.

The new company which will trade as Colourlink will operate from a 17,500 square foot studio in Witham which is equipped with the latest UV flatbed technology and CAD cutting tables for producing complex display solutions for their clients. Dave Pimlott will continue as Managing Director of the new company and will be supported by Colourlink’s Sales Director, Stephen Miles.
