Wyndeham Heron Appoints new Customer Service Director

Wyndeham Press Group Plc, a technology-leader in the UK specialist magazines, commercial literature and direct mail print markets, today announced the appointment of Alan Outlaw as Customer Service Director at Wyndeham Heron, its flagship web offset plant in Essex.

In line with Wyndeham’s commitment to enhance its customer service, Outlaw will play a pivotal role in supporting Wyndeham Heron’s many publishing customers. He will also serve to streamline the communication process between sales, account management and production and further integrate these functions.

Prior to joining Wyndeham Outlaw spent almost 30 years at Polestar, beginning his print career at Watmoughs as an apprentice printer, through gravure and web offset printing, culminating as a Key Account Director at Polestar where he had full responsibility for a number of major clients including National Magazines, Asda and Publicis Blueprint.
