Wyndeham Appoints New Group Sales Director to the Board

Wyndeham Press Group PLC (Wyndeham) is delighted to announce the appointment of Gary Lasham as the Group's Sales Director to the Board with immediate effect.

Gary Lasham (aged 43) is the current Managing Director of Print Direct, a Wyndeham Company. A graduate engineer, Gary led the management buy-in into Print Direct in 1997. He has continued as Managing Director following our acquisition of the company in July 2000. Previously, he held senior sales and management roles with Rexam PLC and with Low & Bonar PLC where he spent five years culminating as Managing Director of their carton subsidiary.

As a result, Mike Verga (aged 64) steps down as the current Group Sales Director and from the Board, with immediate effect. We would like to express our gratitude for the invaluable contribution Mike has made at Group level over the last seven years. Furthermore, Mike will stay with Wyndeham as Sales Director of Grange Press.
