Sue Andrews is Appointed as Southernprint Customer Service Manager

Southernprint announces that Sue Andrews has been promoted to the position of Customer Service Manager. Sue will support Southernprint’s portfolio of publishing and commercial customers in a pivotal role that bridges the customer service and quality processes between sales, account management and production.

Sue will lead the Account Executive, Production Planning and Paper Operations teams at the Southernprint factory in Poole, Dorset and will report directly to Paul Toms, Managing Director.

Sue has twenty years experience in the printing industry in customer facing roles. She joined Southernprint in 2007 in the role of Senior Account Executive, and prior to this spent 19 years at St Ives Andover as an Account Executive.
