New Southernprint Managing Director

Southernprint announces the appointment of Paul Toms as Managing Director. Paul will take up day-to-day control of Southernprint and Southernbinders with immediate effect and replaces Charles Jarrold who left the business in August.  

Paul Toms joined Southernprint in 1995 and has been Operations Director since 2003.  Following the acquisition of Southernprint by Walstead Investments earlier this year, he was appointed to Wyndeham web offset division’s board where he is responsible for implementing manufacturing improvements across Wyndeham Heron, Wyndeham Impact and Southernprint.

Paul Utting, Southernprint Chairman and Walstead director, said: “I have known Paul for many years and have always been impressed by his commitment and ability. Southernprint is now part of a larger group which Paul has embraced with enthusiasm and I would like to congratulate him on this appointment.”

Paul Toms said: “I am very pleased to be appointed into this new role. I look forward to taking Southernprint forward under its new owners together with my colleagues at Southernprint.”

Paul Toms will continue to be responsible for manufacturing and productivity improvements as Group Manufacturing Director of the Wyndeham web offset division.
