Wyndeham Group News > New Contract Win
11th February 2004
Wyndeham Press Group plc, a technology-leader in the UK specialist magazines, commercial literature and direct mail print markets, today announces a significant contract win for its magazine division to print IPC Media's Ideal Home.
Wyndeham has been successfully awarded the printing contract for Ideal Home magazine, a flagship title of IPC Media, the UK’s largest consumer magazine publisher and part of Time Warner. The contract commences in March 2004, with an annual value of over £1 million. Wyndeham will provide full print services for the magazine, which has an average print run of 400,000 copies per month, through an integrated offering spanning its Wyndeham Heron and Wyndeham Impact subsidiaries.
"We like the strategic direction that the Wyndeham group of businesses is taking and would like to further develop our relationship," said Debbie Read, production director at IPC Southbank.
The benefit of this contract will be fully realised in the financial year 2004/5.
"The new sales strategy of offering the full service of the Wyndeham Press Group to customers has started well, with existing relationships already being strengthened” said Paul Utting, Group Managing Director. “We will keep the market updated with developments related to the sales reorganisation in due course."
