3. Wyndeham Packaging Partners with Unilever Foodsolutions on new PG tips Polybags

   The PG tips Polybags were historically printed using the flexographic packaging process which subsequently suffers the normal characteristics of flexographic results whereby “hard shouldering”, minimum dot and fine detail are an issue. The recently introduced brand design for the PG tips range encompasses a background of fading skies and horizons, a design which does not lend itself to the Flexographic process, and presented Unilever with a significant risk that the brand integrity would not be carried across to the Polybags.
