1. Wyndeham Wins Time and Newsweek Print Contract

   Monday 26th June 2006

   The Wyndeham Press Group is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the British Isles edition print contract for Time and Newsweek magazines. Wyndeham has secured a new three year deal with International Magazine Services, the Time Inc and Newsweek Inc joint venture which manages the magazines production and distribution throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America. 2. Wyndeham Announces Proposal to Transfer Wyndeham Graphics (Kent) Business

3. Wyndeham Announces Restructure of the Group

   Monday 12th June 2006

   The Wyndeham Press Group today announced the restructuring of the group into two key divisions. These consist of a Publishing Solutions division headed up by Roy Kingston and a further division focused on delivering Visual Communication Solutions to the Brand, Retail and Commercial markets headed up by Mick Tooley.
