    Wyndeham, one of the largest pre-press and print groups in the UK, today announces that it has acquired the Blacketts Print Group (“Blacketts”), a screen printing, litho and digital printing specialist, for an initial consideration of £3.92 million, comprising £3.17 million in cash and £0.75 million in new ordinary shares.
