Appointment of New Managing Director

Wyndeham Press Group PLC, a technology-leader in the specialist magazines, commercial literature and direct mail print markets, is today delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Utting as Group Managing Director, a Board position. This follows the announcement, made on 31 March 2003, that Bryan Bedson has become Chairman and Chief Executive, a role which will be split in due course.
 
Paul Utting, aged 37 and who is an MBA, is currently Sales Director of the St Ives Web Division, a division of St Ives plc, where he has held a central role in developing the divisional strategy as well as responsibility for restructuring the sales force. Prior to joining St Ives in 1999, he held senior sales and management roles with William Clowes, Jarrold & Sons Group and with Southernprint (Web Offset), where he spent three years culminating as Marketing and Sales Director.
 
Paul is currently negotiating his release from St Ives and will be joining the Group as soon as that has been resolved. We will make a further announcement as soon as appropriate.
