Southernprint now makes Internet-based communication a convenient reality, streamlining the process of job submission, job-status tracking and remote proofing or approval.

InSite is an on-line portal into Southernprint’s pre-press environment, providing you with secure and controlled access to your print jobs. Log in is via a unique username and password which enables you to access your jobs, anywhere in the world, 24/7.

With InSite Pre-Press Portal you can:

  • Upload and download jobs and job data
  • View the status of your jobs, view a thumbnail of all pages in each job, and quickly identify which pages require approval
  • All members of your publishing team can collaborate on a job, measure colour density and approve or reject pages.
  • Proof online with geographically dispersed users and approve or amend pages on-line
  • Access secure job-status reporting over the Internet using a standard browser.

With InSite you can quickly and easily upload job data without the need for any additional software and benefit from a high speed automated production workflow.
