1x Heidelberg M4000: 4-unit single web 48pp press with QTI grey scale colour control system. Cut off: 620mm. Web width: 1450mm (max), 725mm (min). A3 & A4 production.

All presses have the ability to run non-collect two-up with separate deliveries

BINDERY

1x 8-station Muller Martini Corona perfect binding line four loose insert stations, automatic palletising, in-line strapping and shrink wrapping. Automatic signature image recognition & automatic self adjusting caliper.

2x 7-station Muller Martini Tempo saddle stitching lines. Line 1: 6x loose insert capability. Line 2: 4x loose insert capability.

In-line strapping and shrink wrapping A4 production, automatic signature image recognition.

1x 4-station Muller Martini Prima Plus saddle stitching line, two loose insert capability. A3, A4 & A5 production. Automatic signature image recognition.
