Mailing Solutions

We operate an STS Polywrapping line which is equipped with a shuttle feeder, automatic page opener, four mechanical inserters, one Polywrapping unit and a Domino Jet Array labeling head. These can achieve up to 8 lines of address information printed onto Polywrap, a carrier sheet or directly on the product. Multiple products can be polywrapped, subject to additional books being able to be fed through the insert hoppers (e.g. 4 x saddle-stitched books or 1 perfect bound book with a max of 4 stitched books on top).

Mailing can be dispatched as Presstream 1 & 2, Mailsort 1, 2 and 3, International Sorted and International Unsorted with collections made from the facility twice daily.

Priority Mailing offers comprehensive mailing services for the direct mail industry, from database management to on-line (polywrapped) and off-line (unwrapped) inkjet addressing and laser printing. With four lines working 24 hours, daily 5 days a week, Priority has the capacity to manage 1.8 million wrapped packs each week.
