Fully equipped to facilitate receipt of electronic media, proofing and plate manufacture including:

Agfa Apogee X Digital Workflow version 6

Avalon Thermal CTP output device with semi automatic plate feeder.

Agfa Colour Tune Colour Control and Management

Agfa Sherpamatic Grand double sided low resolution Imposition Proofer

Epson 7800 high resolution Contract Proofer calibrated to Fogra 29L and 39L standard.

PRINTING PLANT

10 Colour RDP Marathon with in-line Remoist glue, Die cutting, Pattern Perfing and Sheeting capabilities (Cylinder sizes 20”, 22” and 24”)

10 Colour Goebel Optiforma with two flexo towers for in-line Remoist glue and/or U.V. varnish plus in-line Die Cutting, Pattern Perfing and Sheeting facilities (Cylinder sizes 17”, 22”, 24”, and 28”)

The additional print units on the 10 colour presses enables Print Direct to offer additional print features including:

Spot Colours, Thermochromic, Coin Reactive, Metallic, OCR Drop Out and Magnetic Inks.

We can offer the full range of repeat sizes as follows:
