Located minutes from Wyndeham Heron, FinCo has the production capacity to match Heron’s enormous print firepower, enclosing and mailing in excess of two million large letter items per week as well as offering an unrivalled range of automated and hand finishing options. Our combined services create positive commercial advantages for our clients, ensuring your time sensitive publications and direct mail campaigns can be printed, fulfilled and delivered to complex schedules.

MAILING

FinCo’s production facility boasts six of the latest high speed mailing and wrapping lines with the capability for automatic selective inserting of up to four products, ensuring fast productivity and minimum set up times. Taking your data in any format, the mailing lines personalise directly onto the product or wrapper in multiple locations and in a wide range of styles. FinCo are pioneers in using lightweight polywrap (as little as 10 micron), and have considerable experience in running oxodegradable and biodegradable materials.

As one of only two UK companies that offers on site mail verifi cation, a Royal Mail team is located permanently on site, so that publications avoid the postal hubs and are delivered directly to UK distribution centres, creating signifi cant time savings. If you are considering using alternative mail solutions for your publications and direct mail campaigns,  FinCo boasts a strong relationship with TNT and is one of TNT’s largest down stream access mailers.

FinCo’s experience extends beyond the usual range of UK mail services to offer comprehensive solutions which enable them to manage international consolidators and bulk deliveries, as well as storage and distribution management into Europe and worldwide.

UNIQUE FINISHING SERVICES

Sophisticated production equipment automatically glues and mounts a wide range of products onto the cover of publications and can include plastic and cardboard walleted CD’s and DVDs, through to small booklets, perfume sachets and jewel case placements, improving speed to market whilst being absolutely secure and accurate. Specialist equipment can affix post-it notes, piggy bag labels and a host of other products onto publications or inserts enabling maximum advertising choice and revenue generation.

EXTENSIVE HAND FINISHING

With FinCo’s versatile solutions there is no limit on your creativity - they can cope with anything. A diverse range of hand finishing options are able to manage items that can’t be applied in-line such as complex tip-ons and subscriptions mailings with hot dots, drilling and wrapping.

CARRIER SHEETS

Exploit the marketing opportunities presented by carrier sheets. FinCo offers ink jetting equipment and mono lazering or variable content printing enabling you to personalise carrier sheets and promote one-for-many or one-to-one offers using this most underrated method of communication.

PICK and PACK

Extensive storage facilities are provided at an additional facility located close by. With a specialist pick and pack team FinCo offers a true on demand print solution which can be integrated with your existing stock of archive or conventionally printed collateral, incentives or gifting.
