Paul Utting, Chief Executive
Paul was appointed to the role of Chief Executive on 1 April 2005, having joined the Company as Group Managing Director in September 2003. Paul, an MBA, was previously Sales Director of the St. Ives Web Division, where he held a central role in developing the divisional strategy as well as responsibility for restructuring the sales force. Prior to joining St Ives in 1999, he held senior sales and management roles with William Clowes, Jarrold & Sons Group and with Southernprint (Web Offset), where he spent three years as Sales and Marketing Director.


Lawrence Coppock, Group Finance Director
Lawrence has a wide variety of experience as financial director including a period as Group Financial Director of B&Q and Weir plc. Prior to joining Wyndeham he was Managing Director of Weir's Middle East service operation based in Dubai. During his time at B&Q turnover grew from £750m to £1.2bn and the B&Q Warehouse format store was successfully launched. Lawrence has worked extensively with Private Equity businesses assisting Montagu Private Equity in its acquisition of Maplin Electronics and Apax turn around Stead & Simpson.


Kevin Lyon, Non-Executive Chairman
Kevin Lyon, 45, has held a number of non-executive Director roles and is the current Chairman of fashion retailer, MK One; the Chairman of Mono Global, a telecoms support services business; the Chairman of US healthcare software provider Craneware, and is also the Senior Independent Director at Booker Cash & Carry. Kevin is the former Managing Director, UK Private Equity for 3i plc.



Adam Shaw Adam Shaw is the Managing Director of FL Group UK. Adam, 38, is a chartered accountant who has spent the bulk of his career in investment banking. After heading up the UK M&A team at the Icelandic bank, Kaupthing, he joined FL Group at the beginning of 2006 to set up their UK operations.



Amit Aggarwal Amit Aggarwal represents 365 on the Board. 365 is the media company which was created when Dagsbrun split into two separate businesses. Amit has over ten years experience in investment banking and is currently Investment Director at Baugur. Amit holds a degree in Economics from Cambridge University.
